American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra has been jailed again! This time it happened early Saturday after a drunken confrontation with police and bystanders.

She is being charged with disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and violating conditions of her parole on earlier felony battery and possession charges. She was being held without bond.

As reported earlier she was supposed to be appearing in drug rehabilitation program that was going to be VH1’s next reality show. I guess we know that outcome of that one.

Everyone knows that VH1 will air just about any show they can get a celebrity to star in. Their latest show set to air January 10th is named ‘Celebrity Rehab’. Can you guess what it’s about?

Eight “stars” will be heading into rehab with cameras following their every moment as they deal with their addictions. Very little has been mentioned about who exactly is going to be part of this new reality show but from what we have gathered it will involve American Idol fourth-season finalist Jessica Sierra, former WWE star Chyna, Brigitte Nielsen, Andy Dick, Real World’s Puck, Tom Sizemore. If we are able to figure out the last one we will be sure to let you all know!

The show will be hosted by the well know Addiction Specialist Dr. Drew Pinsky from the late night radio talk-show Loveline.
